The open scroll Jinx has at her table actually has something written on it, but after shrinking and skewing it, it was completely illegible even on computer monitor, let alone on TV. In addition, the font used was Deseret, a non-Roman alphabet, adding to the illegibility. The scroll reads: "Through the darkness of future-past a magician longs to see, one chants out between two worlds; Fire, walk with me." (This was from the second episode of \bTwin Peaks\b [not counting the pilot] in which Cooper has a nicely weird dream sequence.)
